Oklahoma City

We are a nonprofit organization focused on wheels as a symbol for change. The Wheels Project provides bikes to those transitioning out of homelessness, removing the transportation barrier as they work towards improving their lives. To support our primary mission, we also advocate for better wheels infrastructure and mobility justice. And we support the enablement of bikes as transportation with repair pop-ups and, in  the future, instruction.

Bikes are specifically chosen for individuals who are actively helping themselves in work or education programs through an application process. It is more than a reward. For each homeless individual, the bikes bring hope that they are believed in, supported, and moving in the right direction.
